Working OUT vs Working IN.

Working OUT vs Working IN.
My trainer once told me as I arrived to the gym with a massive headache that β€œsome days are for working out, and some days are for working IN.” We spent the hour stretching and breathing. I felt so much better afterwards.πŸ™Œ
.
I continue to use this same concept in my work. Client and prospecting β€œOUT” work… systems, processes and visualization β€œIN” work.
.
Today? I’m IN. I’m implementing some new software to make my client process and workflow easier for both YOU and me. But, before I can implement, it takes a tremendous amount of work to document my actual process.πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ’»πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸŽ¨πŸ“
.
So here I sit… creating processes, forms, emails, scripts, etc, πŸ“‘πŸ—ƒall the while envisioning the time (and frustration) I’ll save by truly having a workflow. It may look like chicken scratch fueled by too much coffee but at least it’s a start.β˜•οΈπŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
