CREATIVE CHALLENGE :
A personal insurance brokerage wanted to infuse energy, personality & better client communication strategies into their family owned company.
THE APPROACH :
Create a fun, more colorful brand that still communicates credibility
Design unique printed pieces, such as new driver contracts & inventory printables, that are helpful to the clients and set the agency up as a partner and not just a provider
Use UX Design to translate this lively new brand into a new, easy to use website
Write engaging copy for the website and new email funnels that helps facilitate customer communications and decrease employee time spent on unproductive communications and excessive policy changes
Help manage crisis communication (fire, earthquake and excessive rate hikes) by writing timely & informative emails & phone scripts
