CREATIVE CHALLENGE :
A personal insurance brokerage wanted to infuse energy, personality & better client communication strategies into their family owned company.

THE APPROACH :

  • Create a fun, more colorful brand that still communicates credibility

  • Design unique printed pieces, such as new driver contracts & inventory printables, that are helpful to the clients and set the agency up as a partner and not just a provider

  • Use UX Design to translate this lively new brand into a new, easy to use website

  • Write engaging copy for the website and new email funnels that helps facilitate customer communications and decrease employee time spent on unproductive communications and excessive policy changes

  • Help manage crisis communication (fire, earthquake and excessive rate hikes) by writing timely & informative emails & phone scripts
